Flaman Fairview is proud to serve Peace Country’s thriving agricultural market. Having purchased the Dunvegan Fab & Welding (DF&W) from KerbaGroup, Flaman will work hard to maintain the tradition of excellent customer service its predecessor began in 2011. DF&W founder Norm McLachlin introduced Flaman Rentals to his customers.
Now that the shop is officially the Peace River area’s first official Flaman storefront operation, those customers can expect the same high standard of welding, fabricating and equipment rental service to continue. That comes courtesy of expert DF&W veterans like Ernest Trudel, Tina Gelech, Keith Giesbrecht, Tyler Hamilton, Suzanne Houde, Tallon Fraser, and Sheldon Dionne. That talented team works with Flaman’s full support and its commitment to expanding its service in the region.
Flaman is already a well-known brand in the Peace River area, according to Flaman Regional Manager Kevin Kulak. “Flaman actually has a very long history with doing business in the Peace Country. Flaman himself used to travel the territory extensively in the 1980s.” In 2010, Flaman established a Rental Dealer network. Thanks to rental dealers delivering outstanding service and selection (Flaman products are sold as well as rented), Flaman has created a presence in several area communities throughout the region. With its base location established in Fairview, Flaman is set to play an even more significant role in supplying Canada’s northernmost agricultural heartland.
There is a lot to see inside Flaman Fairview – and a lot to see outside as well. It is just a 17-minute drive from the breathtaking Dunvegan Bridge and the mighty Peace River. The scenic Sand Lake Natural Area offers hiking, hunting, wildlife viewing and cross-country skiing 20 minutes to the north.
